Return and Exchange Policy
No Cash returns on Sale Items. If the item is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you return the item with receipt and original tags within 30 days of your receiving the item. When we receive the item we will be happy to refund you for the item cost only.
We appreciate your business and if we have shipped the incorrect item, please contact us at (308)346-4810 or email@example.com within 2 weeks and we will send a UPS label for return shipping. Operating hours: Mon. – Fri. 9am-6pm, Sat. 9am-5pm (CST).
What merchandise is not accepted?
Merchandise will be gladly exchanged or returned within 90 days of purchase provided the customer has the receipt, and the merchandise is in “ORIGINAL CONDITION.” Merchandise must be in Original Condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
Dry Creek Western Wear will not exchange merchandise that has been worn, damaged or otherwise deemed to not be in original condition, nor can we accept merchandise that has been altered or monogrammed. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing or returning an item at drycreekwesternwear.com.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it to us in its original condition for a prompt refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange.
Insure and Send Your Package Prepaid
Insure your package and send it prepaid through U.P.S. or U.S. Parcel Post. Dry Creek Western Wear will not accept C.O.D. Please allow 5 – 7 days after our receipt of merchandise for your refund or exchange to be processed
